Your RoleAn exciting and dynamic role as sales expert supporting the scaling of our business in which you:
- Build customer personas and help us better understand our clients’ needs
- Identify sales-channels to reach out to clients and inform them
- Setup and maintain our CRM
- Manage the sales funnel and help us to optimize our conversion rate
- Be responsible for the marketing activities (newsletters, events, studies, a.s.o.)
- Create print-materials for PR & marketing purposes
- Publish on social media and blogs
- Organize roadshows & events and be the representative at various events
What we look for- Experienced sales and marketing professional with a minimum of 3 years professional and relevant experience as a Sales Manager, Marketing Manager or simliar
2+ years working experience with:- CRM-, Sales & Marketing-Tools (e.g. Pipedrive, Hubspot, Mailchimp)
- SEO and email-campaigns
- Hands-on creation of PR- & marketing materials in InDesign, Keynote, Photoshop
- Passion and talent to work and communicate with clients
- Well organized person who knows how to be accommodatekind to clients needs
- Experience in the Real Estate or Insurance Market is a big plus
- Excellent english skills, both written and spoken
- Good german and french skills, both written and spoken are a big plus
