These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all services, products, and software solutions provided by UrbanDataLab AG (hereinafter "UrbanDataLab"). By using our services, the client agrees to these terms.
2. Services
UrbanDataLab provides urban planning data, spatial analysis, and software services. While we strive for the highest accuracy, our data is based on complex models and third-party inputs. We do not guarantee that the results are error-free or suitable for every specific purpose.
3. Intellectual Property
All data models, algorithms, software, reports, and methodologies developed by UrbanDataLab remain the exclusive property of UrbanDataLab AG. The client is granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the results for their internal business purposes only.
4. Liability
UrbanDataLab is not liable for any business decisions, financial losses, or project outcomes made by the client based on our data or analysis. Any liability for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages is excluded to the extent permitted by Swiss law.
5. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to treat all business-related information exchanged during their collaboration as confidential and not to disclose it to third parties.
6. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
These GTC and all agreements are governed by Swiss law. The place of jurisdiction is Adliswil, Switzerland.
