Collection and Processing of Personal DataWe primarily process the personal data that we receive from our customers and other business partners within the scope of our business relationship with them and other involved persons, or that we collect from users when operating our websites, apps, and other applications.
- Data collected during customer relationships: For customer relationships, we collect the name of the contact person as well as the delivery and billing address. For legal reasons, we are obliged to store this data for a legally regulated period.
- Data collected when visiting our website: Our hosting provider, on whose servers we operate our website, collects the following data in log files when the website is accessed: IP address, date, time, requested resource, user agent (browser type and version, operating system), and other HTTP header information (such as referrer URL).
